Purchase Vaelyra

Vaelyra is licensed per seat, where a seat is one installation on one machine. There are no user accounts and no per-user fees. Buying runs by invoice. You request a quote below, we reply by email with a quotation, and once the invoice is paid you receive your licence key. You then enter the key in the application under Settings and then License on each machine. We take no payment card and run no online checkout, which keeps things simple for institutional procurement.

Request a quote

Tell us who you are and how many seats you need, and we reply with a quotation, usually within two working days. You are welcome to ask anything before buying through the same form.

We use these details only to reply to your request. They stay with us and there is no mailing list.

What happens next

Quotation
You receive a quotation by email for the number of seats you requested, valid for 30 days, with our details for your procurement process.
Invoice
Once you confirm, we send the invoice, payable by bank transfer.
Licence key
After the invoice is paid we email your licence key. You enter it in the application on each machine under Settings and then License, and a study you set up during the demo carries straight over, with no reinstall.
